Prices
For a short or medium term let of at least a month I normally charge £150 per week for one person or £180 per week for 2 people sharing, although prices can vary according to the time of year.
This includes electricity and bed linen. (If you prefer to provide and launder your own bed linen then take off £5 per week).
I ask for one week's notice of departure.
The rent is payable weekly in advance.
Optional Extras
- Cleaning service is available for an additional £15 per week.
- Fresh towels can be provided weekly @ £5.
- Laundry service @ £5 per bag
- WiFi internet access is available in some of the apartments @£5 per week
Shorter Stays
